Francisco ‘Chico’ Graeff is now fully on board as the new Head of Animal Health for Boehringer Ingelheim Australia and New Zealand.
Chico brings more than 20 years’ commercial leadership experience across the animal health and FMCG industries in Brazil and Mexico. He has been with the company for more than seven years.
During his time with Boehringer Ingelheim, Chico has held a number of leadership positions, including National Sales Manager, Large Animals in Brazil, and Business Unit Director roles for both Large Animals and Pets in Mexico.
Most recently, he led the Pets business in Mexico, helping drive strong business growth and mutually beneficial partnerships. His deep understanding of the animal health industry, proven leadership experience and strong track record of delivering results make him well placed to lead the Australia/New Zealand business.
