Professor Frazer Allan has passed away from a heart attack, the University of Sydney has announced. The Head of School and Dean of the School of Veterinary Science died on June 24, and is survived by his wife Leith, children Sophie, Fergus, Phoebe and Felix, and family from Australia and New Zealand.
